StocksBuddy

A calm alternative to a noisy stock dashboard

Why a part-time reader may want one station instead of a terminal full of modules.

A full market terminal is the right tool when you need quotes, news, charts, and a portfolio in one place. It is a poor daily habit when each visit asks you to interpret twenty modules before breakfast.

StocksBuddy keeps one job: read a single US stock in plain words, show three prices, and email you if that reading changes. The pets and the ride are there so the page is something you will actually open and can explain in one screenshot.

That is a smaller product on purpose. It does not replace a broker, a charting package, or a newsroom. If you want opinions from many authors, a site built for that will serve you better.

The useful comparison is about the hour you have. If that hour should produce a short list and a clear next study item, start from a station. If it should produce a scan of the whole tape, start from a terminal.

Whichever you open, treat the output as study material. A friendly page can still be wrong. The company, the filing, and your own position size remain your work.
